Stargel®️
Potato Based & Maize Based
Stargel° is starch based disintegrating agent and used to make tablet and capsule formulation. it is suitable for wet granulation, dry granulation, roller compaction and direct compression tablet formulation. Available in 3 Pharmacopeial grades: Type A, Type B &Type C.

PureTalc®️
Talc , Purified Talc
PureTalc° is primarily used as glidant. It is also used as lubricant.

HiPhos™
Dicalcium Phosphate anhydrous & Dicalcium Phosphate dihydrate
Dibasic calcium phosphate is mainly used as a dietary supplement in prepared breakfast cereals, dog treats, enriched flour, and noodle products. It is also used as a tableting agent in some pharmaceutical preparations. It is used as binder, filler and as glidant.

MagLub®️
Magnesium Stearate
Magnesium stearate is the magnesium salt of the fatty acid, stearic acid. It has been widely used for many decades in the food industry as an emulsifier, binder, and thickener, as well as an anticaking, lubricant, release, and antifoaming agent. It is highly used lubricant for tablet and capsule in pharma and nutraceutical formulation.

FloLub™
Sodium stearyl Fumarate
Sodium stearyl fumarate is an inert, hydrophilic, tablet lubricant, useful in situations where other lubricating agents (i.e., magnesium stearate) fail to provide tablets of adequate stability, hardness, content uniformity, disintegration and dissolution rate.

EcoCel®️ N
Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose
The functional properties depend on the degree of substitution of the cellulose structure as well as the chain length of the cellulose backbone structure and the degree of clustering of the carboxymethyl substituents. Viscous aqueous solutions of Na CMC are used to suspend powders intended for either topical application or oral and parenteral administration. It is also used as a tablet binder and disintegrant, and to stabilize emulsions.

EcoCel®️ C
Calicium Carboxymethyl Cellulose
Ca CMC is used as suspending or viscosity-increasing agent in oral and topical pharmaceutical formulations. It is also used in modern wound dressings for its water absorption, retention and hemostatic properties. As it is is insoluble in water, it is an effective tablet disintegrant as it swells to several times its original bulk on contact with water.

PREMIUM QUALITY TABLETS
pre-formulated excipients range
Pre- Formulated Excipients (PFEs) are in trend now as they deliver superior quality of tables and control tablet rejection. Pre Formulated Excipient is an all-in-one excipient composite which makes tableting quick, easy and cost effective. Sigachi®️ has developed Pre Formulated Excipients under the trademark BARETab®️(Best All-Rounder Excipient for Tablet). BARETab®️ holds US DMF and individual ingredients are listed in pharmacopeia. Co- processing technology employed to manufacture BARETab®️ provides interaction of ingredients at sub-particle level. As a result, individual ingredient’s retain their chemical identity with synergistic functional performance even in complex formulations. BARETab®️ family products blend homogenously with APIs and can be compressed as tablets with excellent content uniformity even on high speed tableting machines.
